INSANITY is one of the extreme home fitness systems brought to you by Beachbody. It comes with 10 DVDs, each with a different cruel, high-octane cardio, plyometrics, or circuit workout led by trainer Shaun T. INSANITY is frequently compared to P90x. Both are indubitably diabolical. Many testimonials claim that it’s even more difficult than P90x, but we Fitness Fiends aren’t prepared to agree. The program lasts for 60 days and, unlike P90x, no equipment other than your body is necessary. The guiding principle behind INSANITY is “MAX Interval Training,” which means you’ll be doing long sessions of hardcore cardio with brief rest periods. No rest for the wicked. If you’ve completed this fiendish program and have some insight into the program, consider leaving a comment below.
