If you’re a skier, you are very much aware of the importance of pre season conditioning. Don’t start the season thinking you are going to ski yourself into shape because it’s just not likely to happen no matter your age. A good workout program is essential to getting your legs and upper body in shape for the rigors of downhill skiing. Especially focus on the quads if you want to avoid that awful quad burn that you can get while skiing. 30 minutes a day for 30 months should be a workout that will get you into good shape to ski.
